Cafetto Evo® is OMRI listed as complying with the USDA National Organic Program requirements and BFA registered as complying with the requirements of the Australian Organic Standard.

For daily cleaning add 1 level scoop of EVO Clean® into the group handle and insert as if extracting espresso. Start cycle and allow run for 10 to 12 seconds to dissolve EVO cleaner. Stop cycle and allow to sit for 30 seconds. Start and stop cycle 3 - 4 more times – run for 10 seconds, stop for 5 seconds. Rinse thoroughly with hot water from delivery group. For better results clean head with brush, whilst running hot water out of the delivery group. Put fresh grinds in the basket, extract a shot of coffee and discard. The machine is now ready for use.

Soak group handles and filters in 500ml of hot water with 2 scoops of Evo Clean® for 10 minutes. Rinse thoroughly in running hot water.
